from NTake The Upper Level of The George Washington Bridge to the Palisades Parkway North (this is the first exit off of the bridge - stay right on the bridge).  Take Palisades Parkway North about 12 miles to Exit 4 ( sign will say Route 9W North).  At Exit 4 exit to the right... proceed to traffic light at end of the off ramp - turn left at traffic light. Proceed about  4-5 miles.  Remain on route 9W.  You will drive across a small  2 lane bridge . Once over the bridge you will see a mini mall on the left and a apartment complex on the right.  Continue straight on Route 9W - go past school on right.  You will come to  a sign marked Broadway on the right shortly after you pass the school   Turn onto this road, at stop sign turn right and come to the bottom of the hill by making several turns down the hill.  At the bottom of the hill is the town of Piermont, NY ( a bank is across the street.)  Turn left onto Piermont Avenue - proceed North on Piermont Avenue for about 2.1 miles  (road  becomes River Road in Grandview).  Enjoy the river views and historic homes.  Approaching 31 River Road you will see a large white Spanish Mansion.
